Clear Mind Recovery

My name is Jaime Valdes and I excited to offer virtual drug and alcohol service in San Antonio, Texas and the surrounding area. I have over a decade of experience in the addiction and recovery field, all working hands on with clients in treatment settings. My therapeutic approach is Patient Centered. I teach coping skills for the paralyzing stress that one experiences in all stage of recovery. We explore underlying issues of why you may use and drink. Plus we work on healthy communication styles to support healthy relationships with your loved ones.
